Namaste Reflexology

Hello,

 

I am Sandra Eckenreiter.  Mother of four amazing children. I have a degree in Liberal Arts Professional.  My goal was to become a Psychologist.  I have always had an interest in mind, body, and spirit.  I am also a coach for Beach Body.

 

My interest in Reflexology began with my first session.  It was amazing to me that a practitioner could actually tell me what was going on with my body with accuracy.

She gave me some advice on some foods I should try and some I should avoid.  She showed me breathing techniques to help me relax.  Upon following her instructions and follow up appointments I found myself feeling more relaxed, more myself.

 

I had decided that I wanted to be a vessel for helping people heal themselves.  As I delved into my search of where to educate myself. I found an instructor in Wakefield, RI who is not only a Reflexologist but a registered nurse as well.  She had decided that integrative medicine was true to her beliefs rather than conventional medicine.  She has been working in the field for over 15 years.  

 

The course was extensive and intense. It required classroom hours as well a report, project, thesis, and practicum.  Overall over 300 hours for my Certification.

 

I feel confident that as your practioner I will bring to you my expertise and knowledge. I will help you to relax and bring you to your mental, spiritual, and physical well being.
